Trees are sourced from leading Auckland nurseries Trees are planted into quality potting mix in their planter in which they can stay for several weeks - months (depends on pot size and tree type). No rush for the recipient to plant out and greater chance of survival. Most trees come in biodegradable pots within their planters for minimal root disturbance when planting out. Instructions are included along with a copper tag for recipent to note reason/date when tree is given. Trees Please, What the brillante idea. We are living in Western Australia and finally we can greet our friends with such but full gifts in New Zealand and in Australia. I live in Los Angeles while my family is in Auckland. Every so often I like to send flowers (or in this case a tree) over birthdays or special holidays. It's sometimes stressful ordering internationally as you never know what the recipient might get. I have never been happier with Trees Please! and will probably never send gifts from anywhere else. They go above and beyond with their service and contsact to ensure that their gifts are delivered at the best times and that their clients are happy. This is a stellar company with wonderful customer service and very unique gifts that set it far above any other flower/gift delivery company.
