Wanted to send a note today to mention the awesome work done by Heather and her team at my son's 21st on Saturday August 13th To start, Heather showed up on time. She introduced herself and was absolutely pleasant to deal with I could tell straight away this woman is very experienced in her field which set my mind at ease immediately As I needed the cutlery setup on the guest tables she instructed my family on how this should be done effectively. She offered her own ideas on how the rest of the tables should be setup, of which we thought was fantastic. Heather offered to do this herself but as I had helpers anyway, my family completed the task quickly Heather's professionalism and attitude was outstanding Heather is an excellent host along with excellent food. My family and friends commented on how well the food was presented, served hot with beautiful smiles on their faces and the food was delicious What a pleasure..............!!! Heathers team worked their butts off to ensure everyone was served quickly and the tables were cleared away in a timely manner To end the night, Heather and her team packed away the remaining leftovers and left the kitchen spotless Heather even asked if I would like the meat carved before they did. This type of service in my opinion goes over and beyond the duty of her role Heather and her team left my husband and I feeling really proud that we chose Spit Roast as our caterers To think I almost went with Southern Spit Roast as I thought this was you............I'm glad I had the time to check it out before I made my final decision.
