Turning Managers into Leaders Elite LD Limited develops and facilitates leadership development programmes, team building and executive coaching in Auckland, Wellington and all across New Zealand. My name is Mark Wager and I'm the founder and Director of Elite LD Limited. After 20 years as a Manager in different industries and countries I decided to form a company that would specialise in assisting people improve their leadership skills. It's common to see companies promote people into managerial positions mainly because of their technical expertise only to see them struggle in their new role because of a lack of training in the leadership skills such as conflict management, stress management, the ability to motivation and inspire people. This is where I can help Elite LD limited delivers leadership development training, team building, Leadership consultancy, executive coaching and personal development training. We use a wide range of tools but mainly personality profiling and in particular the Myers Briggs Type I
