Having travelled extensively nationally and internationally, our family were taken back by the superiour parallel of the beautifull Chateau Marlborough. although there was a differentail of subtile sophistication and unique/individual style with how the Chateau has been furnished. (there was never a feeling of familiarity of "all top hotels too a certain extent are simular, themed or none themed, and this can be a postive thing!) There was a very tanagable sincerity to the ambience of the chateau marlborough, where the consummer is left with the emotion of "wanting more"!, translated: "a definate return trip to be diaried in"! Nothing else to say?, except!! the food EXCELLENT! Service; EXCELLENT! Finally arriving back in Auckland after the weekend there, im still not sure if it were Blenheim we visited or were we transported seruptisously to a more international destination?! Certainly felt like it!
