I am 92 and have had some wonderful holidays on Takapu2 which is so spacious and stable with lovely big beds with their own ensuites. I would recommend it for any elderly person who would still like to have a holiday at sea.

I'm A Kiwi that now lives in Oz came back to NZ for a family get together. My Father had organized a day and a night out on Takapu 2 what an experience that was, had the very BEST TIME the stuff great memory's are made of Thanks again Bill & Mandy.

An event on board Takapu 2 is an absolute delight with delicious food, warm, friendly crew and stunning surrounds whether berthed in the Auckland viaduct or out on the harbour. With plenty of room to relax in the sun or chill out reading in the shade Takapu 2 is the perfect charter vehicle for a few hours of a few days.

Michael Harris is the chef on this boat and a friend of ours. He was the chef at our wedding 6 years ago this Saturday. He is the best cook I know and has such a flare for style. He recommended Octopus Resort in Fiji to us as it was good food. We were there a week and he was right. I have never been on takapu but would love to if Michael is the chef. It would be fantastic. Would make a fabulous anniversary and birthday present to my husband Nick and I. Regards Justine
