Conference facilities and specialist meeting rooms are available in a stunning winery and vineyard setting on Waiheke Island. Hire a private room or the entire restaurant and bar for an event from ten to several hundred people. Built for inspiration, Cable Bay is easily accessed by helicopter or is a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland, with a short walk or five minute drive from the Matiatia ferry terminal. Thank you for making our day special in every way possible. We can't thank Carol & the Cable Bay Team enough for the fantastic food, wine, and spectacular views we had in April this year. Our wedding could not be faulted from the time we arrived to the time we left, friends and family were able to come and enjoy themselves because the service and food is excellent. Thank you Cable Bay for our perfect wedding!

We visited Cable bay way back in December 2008, for a family celebration (4 of us). The food was sublime, the views amazing and the service spot on. There was a small mistake in the timing with which the entrees came out yet the way in which that was addressed was above and beyond our expectations. While we haven't been back ourselves, because of time, money etc, we recommend cable bay to all our visitors.

Cable Bay has the atmosphere any Auckland City restaurant is longing for: relaxed, exquisite service with an amazing view over Auckland and stunning wines complimented by the restaurant's great food. I love relaxing at Cable Bay's terrace with a beautiful glass of wine.

We were married at Cable Bay, the food, location and staff were amazing. We couldn't have asked for more and I know we and all our guests will be raving about Cable Bay for years to come.
