With a total of up to 9 conference rooms the Brentwood Hotel offers one of Wellington's most practical and flexible conference facilities. The Kauri Room seating up to 400 delegates also features European designed sound proof walls which allow the room to be configured to 4 individual conference rooms. The Kauri Room is complimented by an additional 5 meeting rooms of various sizes that provide either breakout spaces to the plenary room or further individual conference facilities, ensuring a variety of conference outcomes.

All conference rooms are located on the ground floor allowing for convenient access. All rooms have natural light and provide easy access to outdoor courtyard areas or the pool courtyard. Delegates may take advantage of the outdoor space for breakout sessions or for the opportunity to relax during their scheduled breaks
