I was very happy with the awesome service. My sister who is mentally slow wanted to see Cliff Richard in Auckland with her friend and Bay Tours took care of everything! Kathryn and Craig from Bay Tours & Charters have used the Karapiro cruiser in the Waikato as an activity in their itinerary for their travel club over the past year and have been an abosolute pleasure to deal with. Kathryn is so organised, she always lets us know if the numbers in their groups are changing and has such a friendly manner,of course once they arrive for the cruise (always on time) Craig is just the same, he's helping the customers off the bus and safely onto the boat and while on the cruise they both interact with the customers and ourselves.(The crew) Bay Tours& Charters definately deserve this award as they are very professional and have such a lovely friendly manner.

We used BAYTOURS for a winetour recently and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service, friendly driver and nothing was too much trouble. Really keen to use them again when next in the Hawkes Bay.

I have been on two tours with Bay Tours & Charters; one was a winery tour in Hawkes Bay and one was from Palmerston North to Wellington for the show "Queen of the Hole Universe". Both of my experiences were great! The coach was extremely comfortable and perfectly sized for the amount of people. The accommodation and restaurant we dined at were both great. Kathryn and Craig are amazing hosts for the tours, they are always keen to have fun with the passengers and make the events stress free.

I wish to cast my vote for Bay Tours and Charters for the Best Nationwide Transportation Award As a regular user of Bay Tours I find all staff extremely , helpful, friendly and couteous. There transport is well maintained and comfortable. As an older widow , I enjoy the oportunity to visit, restaurants, shows and a variety of venues. The fact that we are picked up at the door and returned is a great plus. Kathryn and Craig are an inspiration, remaining calm and organised when some unforseen circumstance arises.U
